The staff was excellent, spoke multiple languages, friendly, and went the extra mile. Breakfast was excellent with new options daily. The pool area was pleasant with a large pool and great bar. Ferradura beach was just a 5-minute walk away. The deluxe room was worth it with a second level and separate beds for our daughter. Best Pousada we've stayed in.

Location not good if you wish to go into main part of buzios in evening, long dark 30 min walk into town, nowhere else to go in immediate vicinity at night.

Nearby tourist spots like mirante do forno are easily accessible from this place, and the property has a beautiful design.

Staying so close to mirante do forno and possibility to explore ponta da lagoinha. Excellent interiors and nice breakfast. Rocky beach a short walk from the place

This hotel was amazing! I loved staying here. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was always clean and tidy. The location was perfect for me, as it was right next to Ferradura beach and in a very quiet area. The breakfast was great, too. I also enjoyed going to a nice restaurant at night.

Great pool area and comfortable rooms, location was awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the room was small, it was cozy. The food was fine, especially the breakfast which was abundant and offered a variety of fruits and pastries. Enjoyed the local music and cultural shows during New Year's Eve, which was a nice touch. The fireworks were amazing!

The drinks were overpriced, and there was no refrigerator in the room to keep our beverages and snacks cool. The noise from other guests playing loud music by the pool was frustrating and interfered with our relaxation time.

The staff, including Xavier, Enrique, and Priscilla, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with new and delicious options each day. The pool area was a delightful spot to relax and soak up the sun, and the pool bar made the best caipirinhas we've ever tasted.
